In modern motor vehicles, the proportion of electrical and electronic vehicle components is constantly rising. Vehicle systems all communicate with each other which can make diagnosis very difficult without the support of equipment and information. Fast, error free fault location is the major factor of our success. As a Bosch service agent we are fully equipped both in diagnostic tools and technical information to support your vehicle outside the main dealer.
How much will it cost?
To quote for fault diagnosis is difficult due to the varying and complex nature of some faults. Our charge out policy is:
Checking Fault code memory £59.95 (inc VAT)
If a fault needs further diagnosis we will contact our customer and agree to continue with the process up to a maximum of £120.00 (inc VAT). In this time we are confident that 90% of all types of problems can be diagnosed.
If the fault is complex and requires further diagnostic work, we will seek the owners permission and charge £66.6 per hour (inc VAT) whilst informing our customer of the progress.
